Conquest is proposing a new mixed-use town centre at 19A Evans Avenue, bringing new homes, everyday shopping and essential services together at the heart of the suburb.
The proposal is subject to planning approval, and we're continuing to listen to the community as it progresses. We'll share updates here as the project moves forward.

The suburb's new meeting place
At ground level, the shopping centre is designed as Eastlakes' new gathering point anchored by a full-line Woolworths and complemented by a curated mix of fresh food retailers, cafés, restaurants, health services and everyday convenience shopping.

Space for a medical centre, wellness centre, day spa and childcare, so the things families need most are right where they live.
A walkable, connected neighbourhood
Pedestrian links, outdoor dining and active street frontages designed to create a safe, lively place at street level.
The town centre will be a Queensbridge centre, Conquest's neighbourhood shopping centre brand.
